Thank you for a really good stay. Fabulous low cost place, it has lovely location not far from the suspended bridge and view of the falls, the restaurant across the street and Quebec City in couple of years. The employees are all excellent.

The breakfast conundrum was unbearable, I thought it was included but nope, a shocking $10 each! And the sheets? Oh, so thin they woke me up with every turn. One would expect a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience, but no. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

Everything was great and the rooms were spotless. Deluxe queen room was luxurious and accommodating with a very nice mattress. The staff was welcoming and polite and gave some great recommendations.

The spacious Beautiful King Studio with Balcony was a good surprise, with a fantastic walk-in rainfall shower. The ambiance in the outdoor spa was just unbeatable-so warm and beautifully designed, it seemed like a retreat. Plus, the breakfast options were fresh and varied, ensuring I started each day on a delicious note.

The hotel of choice in Levis.

Luxurious room, attractive complete with a queen bed, a very nice mattress, as for instance, appreciated it.

It was just an optimal selection for a fleeting moment in Levis with value for money. The breakfast area is brand new and easy to navigate, a pleasant surprise. Check if breakfast is included or not to avoid confusion.

We spent a lot of time on your swings outside. Beautiful space, nicely furnished with lawn furniture.

The restaurant options felt limited!!! No pancakes or varied eggs on the menu-frustrating!!! Tight parking spaces made it tough with larger vehicles!!!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and bathroom was very large and well put together. It was convenient for getting into Quebec, yet had reasonable places to eat around it. The room was well air conditioned, the staff could talk both English and French, and in short, it was everything that we expected.

Our room smelled slightly "mildewy" most of the time, and the rug felt slightly damp under bare feet, but we think it was from the strong air conditioner. After running the air conditioner all night, in the morning my sandals felt the same way -- a little cold and damp.

Bad experence. Will never stay in this hotel again. The room was smelly. They charged us for the breakfast that was already payed and supposed to be included. They also charged me more for the room. I do not like when people are cheating. I will not recommend this hotel to other tourists.

I will not recommend tourists to stay in this hotel. Rooms are smelling awful and stuff cheating on prices and are not providing service that was promised when you book.
